  • How do I track my order?
    After your order has been shipped you will receive an email including tracking informations.
  • Package Lost or Stolen
    We are not responsible If a package is marked as "Delivered" but has not arrived or has been stolen. We only mark orders as 'Not Arrived' or 'Lost' after 21 Business days have passed. If 21 Business days have passed and you still have not received your package please get in contact directly through email: Unfortunately we do not issue refunds as our products are made to order but we can offer replacements. If an order goes missing in the post It is on the buyer to follow up with their local post office since once the package has left our warehouse it is outside our control.
  • Product Smell
    When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
  • Refused or Unclaimed Delivery
    Refused or Unclaimed Delivery - Shipments refused by the customer or left unclaimed (for example, at customs) are most often returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of any replacement and reshipment.
  • Why is there additional COD charges?
    COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are charged by the courier companies to provide cash handling services. You can pay online to avoid paying COD charges.
  • How do I cancel/ modify my order?
    Note: We won't be able to cancel or make changes to your order once it is shipped from our side. To cancel or modify your order just drop us a mail at mentioning the changes to be made to the order. Don't forget to mention your order id as well.
